1. 01

   What we make

   Playvite Studio designs interactive invitation websites for one celebration each. The package, features, timeline and price are agreed with you in writing (usually on Messenger) before we start. Anything not in that agreement is outside the order unless we both say yes.

2. 02

   Previews and approval

   We build your invitation and send you a private preview link. Each package includes reasonable revisions to get it right. Large changes to the agreed concept after work has started may change the timeline or price, and we'll tell you before doing them.

3. 03

   Payment

   You pay in full once you approve the preview. Nothing is due upfront unless we agree otherwise for a rush or Signature project. We accept GCash, bank transfer/remittance or card, and send the details when your invitation is ready.

   The invitation goes live and the shareable link is released once payment is received. Because you only pay after you have seen and approved the work, payments are not refundable, except where we fail to deliver what was agreed.

4. 04

   Your content

   You're responsible for the names, photos, music requests, logos and other material you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your content. You let us use it only to build and host your invitation. We won't use your real invitation in our portfolio or social posts without asking you first.

5. 05

   Our work

   We keep the rights to our designs, code, illustrations, games and animations. Once paid, you may share your invitation link freely for your event. You may not copy, resell or re-host the invitation or reuse its design for another event.

6. 06

   Changes and hosting

   Minor event detail changes, like time or venue notes, are supported before the event. Your invitation stays online through your event day. How long it stays up afterwards is agreed with you; message us any time if you want it taken down sooner.

7. 07

   Cancellations

   You can cancel any time before you approve the preview and you won't owe anything. We may decline or stop a project that asks for content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

8. 08

   Availability

   Invitations run in the guest's web browser and depend on their phone, connection and third-party services such as maps and messaging apps. We work hard to keep everything up, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for losses beyond the amount you paid for the invitation.

9. 09

   Changes to these terms

   We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders. Orders already agreed stay on the terms in place when you approved them.

    Governing law and contact
