   What we collect

   When you send an inquiry or order an invitation, we may collect:

   • Your name and how to reach you: mobile number, Messenger or email, whichever you give us.
   • Event details: type, date, venue, theme, guest count and package.
   • Content for the invitation: celebrant names, photos, stories and other material you send.
   • RSVP replies from your guests, such as their name, attendance and any message they leave.

   How we use it

   Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, build and host your invitation, show you your guests' RSVPs, and handle payment. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

   Your guests' information

   RSVP details belong to you, the host. We collect them on your behalf, share them only with you, and don't contact your guests for any other purpose. Please only add guest information to the invitation that your guests would expect to see there.

   Who we share it with

   We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and invitations: web hosting and form handling (Netlify), messaging (Meta's Messenger and Instagram), and payment providers when you pay. They only process information as needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.

   Cookies and storage

   This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves your chosen currency in your browser so it's remembered next visit. Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, like IP address and browser type, for security.

6. 06

   How long we keep it

   We keep inquiry and order details for as long as needed to complete your invitation and for our basic business and tax records. Invitation content and RSVP lists are removed when your invitation is taken offline, or sooner if you ask.

   Your rights

   Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. To do any of these, just message us. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

8. 08

   Security

   Invitation previews are shared by private link, and we limit access to your information to the people working on your order. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
